Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize and implement the annual equity investment plan;
2. Organize the discovery and tracking of reserve projects, lead the investment team to complete project feasibility studies, project approval, due diligence, investment negotiations, and submission of investment decisions;
3. Promote the improvement and resource aggregation of the company's investment ecosystem, and deepen interaction and collaboration with various partners.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, engineering, or related fields. Candidates with a diverse background are preferred. For exceptionally qualified candidates, a bachelor's degree may be considered;
2. 6+ years of experience in equity investment, venture capital, or related industries, or experience in line management in related industries. Extensive experience in independently developing and implementing projects in information technology, new energy, medical health, and intelligent manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading the investment in 3 or more hard-tech projects;
3. Possess a fund industry qualification, in-depth research and industry understanding in relevant sub-sectors. Experience in managing investment teams is preferred;
4. Strong project development capabilities and extensive project channel resources;
5. Strong professional ethics, excellent communication and coordination skills, writing skills, ability to withstand pressure, and problem-solving skills. A strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and team spirit are essential.
