Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement the annual equity investment plan;
2. Organize and implement project feasibility studies, project approval, due diligence, and submission for investment decisions;
3. Organize the writing of relevant materials for investment projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, with a background in engineering disciplines such as computer science and artificial intelligence, polymer materials, electronics and electrical engineering, optics, mechanics, and new energy; candidates with a combined background in finance and law are preferred; exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered with a bachelor's degree;
2. 4+ years of experience in equity investment, able to independently lead investment assistants to complete project due diligence, investment analysis, etc., with relevant experience and successful investment cases, and a certain degree of project development and industry resources;
3. Excellent organizational, coordination, pressure resistance, and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork spirit.
