Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement the annual equity investment plan;
2. Organize and implement project feasibility studies, project approval, due diligence, and submission for investment decisions;
3. Organize the writing of relevant materials for investment projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, engineering, or related fields; candidates with a diverse background are preferred;
2. More than 4 years of working experience in securities firms, clubs, or related fields; rich experience in project investment, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence; priority will be given to candidates with CPA, fund industry, or securities industry qualifications;
3. Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork spirit.
