Responsibilities: Responsible for the full process of operation management of the company's various funds; Participate in the scheme design and product development of the company's private equity fund products; Lead the custody and outsourcing of private equity funds; Maintain good communication with regulatory authorities, custodians, and relevant channel departments; Responsible for research on policies related to product and private equity fund management; Ensure the continuous compliant operation of the fund, and be responsible for the regular drafting and disclosure of the fund; Responsible for the formulation and implementation of fund operation management systems; Responsible for fund raising activities.
Job Requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, law or related fields. Both fresh graduates and experienced graduates are welcome. Qualified non-fresh graduates should have 3 or more years of experience in private equity fund operation management;
(2) Familiar with the various regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Asset Management Association of China regarding private equity fund management and product design guidelines, and understand the full process of operation of private equity fund product design, fundraising, filing, investment, and exit;
(3) Possess good professional ethics, a proactive work attitude, and strong pressure resistance. Be good at independently analyzing and solving problems, and have good communication and coordination skills, and logical analysis skills;
(4) Possess professional knowledge in related legal, financial, tax and other fields. Those with professional certificates such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, and legal professional qualifications are preferred.
