Responsibilities: Based on the company's comprehensive risk management requirements, responsible for legal risk review, risk warning, and handling of investment projects.
Job Requirements:
(1) Postgraduate degree, majoring in law, finance, or related fields, with professional knowledge of investment management, financial management, and law;
(2) More than 3 years of experience in risk control, project investment, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence of equity investment projects, with solid financial analysis and risk assessment capabilities;
(3) Familiar with capital market and state-owned asset supervision policies and regulations, familiar with investment project risk review mechanisms; Priority will be given to those with CPA, fund industry qualification, or securities industry qualification;
(4) Possessing good organizational coordination, writing, pressure resistance, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork spirit.
