Responsibilities: Responsible for the compliance review of major business decisions, major contracts, and important rules and regulations of the company.
Job Requirements:
(1) Postgraduate degree, major in law-related field, with legal professional knowledge;
(2) More than 3 years of experience in legal management, compliance management, or related fields;
(3) Familiar with capital market and state-owned assets supervision related policies and regulations, familiar with compliance management work content and workflow;
(4) Possessing good professional ethics, good communication and coordination skills, writing skills, pressure resistance and problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability and team spirit;
(5) Possessing a legal professional qualification, those with fund industry qualification, securities industry qualification, CPA, CFA, ACCA or other professional certificates are preferred.
