Zhejiang Provincial Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 2000. It is a professional venture capital institution established with the approval and filing of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission (formerly the Economic Planning Commission). It is one of the first batch of market-oriented professional venture capital institutions in China. The company's core business is equity investment. It is a fund manager registered with the AMAC, managing fund subscriptions of nearly 10 billion yuan. The company's shareholders are: Zhejiang State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Energy Power Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd., and Jiaxing Jiaguo Heqi Investment Co., Ltd., Jiaxing.
As a key investment entity with a state-owned asset background in Zhejiang Province, the venture capital company shoulders the important task of building a high-level science and technology investment platform.
